I'm Harris and I am the driving force behind HHD. With 30 years of experience in the technology industry, my vision is to bring an honest, ethical and holistic approach to your business. Whether that is through executive coaching, team building, growth mindset workshops or hands-on with process design, inclusive design or web design, my goal is to ensure that I deliver results through a high performance mindset. 

I have a background that spans some of the biggest names in the industry, Microsoft, Hitachi, Oracle, Hewlett Packard to name a few. I have supported and developed customers across many industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Oil and Gas and Education. 

I've worked with some of the top C-Suite in the UK and Europe building out business and technology strategies and delivering against them. I was also a Microsoft Master Trainer which allowed me to build, plan and deliver role enhancement training, onboarding experiences and Storytelling workshops to over 15,000 colleagues. Coaching and mentoring are a true passion of mine and I like nothing more than helping drive employee engagement and success.
